The thought of running my own business excites me and terrifies me. I love using my creative abilities, planning and designing. But working on the actual running of a business has been a new learning experience. I needed some major motivation so I bought the book Capital Gaines by Chip Gaines. If you haven’t read this book then I highly recommend it! It gave me the confidence to make the leap. Here is my favorite quote from the book, “When an uncovered passion sits dormant inside you and then someone calls it out, all of a sudden that’s all you can think about.” This was me exactly last year when I got into this business of floral design. My Pinterest account was completely taken over by flowers instead of home improvement projects. In my down time I was learning all I could about floral business and designing. Flowers are my passion and I want to share that passion with you! So thank you Chip Gaines for giving me the motivation to dive into my day dream! It may have took me way longer to get my website running than it should have…..but I am proud of myself for getting here! So bare with me as I embark on this new adventure.
